1.No change orders after transaction are made.

2.All Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable and No cancellation.

3.We should not be held responsible over any lost or damage during delivery.

4.If you receive an item that is different from your order, we will refund or exchange the right item for you.

5.If your order item is out of stock, full amount will be refund.

6.ForPre-order item, please do allow us to deliver your item within 1-2 months time. There will be a 50% deposit require before your item arrive. As all our handbags are imported from HK and Korea.
